Returns
Please double check that your order is exactly as you want when you receive our confirmation email.If you find a mistake please contact us within 24 hours. After this changes cannot be made.
For any personalised items made to order we do not accept returns unless the items are faulty. If this is the case, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return items unworn. A replacement will be sent out once we have received the returned item.We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns as we cannot accept responsibility for postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit.
Please note Luna&Folly will not refund postage and packing charges or any tax and duties outside the EU.
Packaging
All packaging is recycled. All garments will be wrapped in tissue paper with a hand stamped tag with the child’s name to a maximum of 7 letters . If you have chosen text rather than a name to personalise the garment or you want an abbreviated version of the name please add these details in the Additional Notes box.

Delivery
Items are made to order. Please allow 3-7 days for your order to be made. It will then be sent first class via Royal Mail
